St. Augustine's College Kujama
Augustinian Order is an international Catholic religious group of brothers and priests who live according to the rules and values of their spiritual founder St. Augustine of Hippo (354-430 A.D.). The Order of St Augustine was founded in 1256 A.D.
Augustinian educational apostolate is founded upon the philosophy of St Augustine. Augustinian education is not a matter of educating the mind alone but also the heart. The entire person is the focus of Augustinian education; not just the cognitive alone or the emotional alone or civic development alone but all aspects for a perfect development of a person and an end to problems. Augustine had a true love for learning and for him, education is a means to equip learners with the knowledge, skills and values they need to live a good life and also find happiness. Where there is true love, knowledge will never be misused thus Augustinian education educates the mind, heart and soul in TRUTH, LOVE and UNITY.
